Visitor Information:

Information services are situated in the Entrance Pavilion and the Services Pavilion next to the Wine Gate (Puerta del Vino). Information to be obtained: where the entrances and toilets are situated, timetables and itineraries.
At the height of the season there are more visitor information stands in the Plaza of the Alhambra, Tower of the Heads (Torre de las Cabezas) and The Justice Gate (Puerta de la Justicia).

Car Park:

A guarded car park open 24 hours per day.

Wheelchairs:

Wheelchairs are available upon request. Information can be obtained from the Entrance Pavilion or directly from the Security personnel inside the Monument. Areas in the Nasrid Palaces and the Generalife that are adapted to meet the needs of the handicapped

Toilets:

Due to the difficulty of situating toilets in a monument such as this, there are sufficient but limited toilet facilities.
Visitors please bear this in mind before the start of your visit:
- Entrance Pavilion (disabled toilets).
- Services Pavilion next to the Wine Gate
  (disabled toilets).
- Lower Gardens of the Generalife.
- Patio of the Sultana inside the Generalife.

Left Luggage Office:

All parcels and bags larger than 35 cm (approximately 12 inches) must be deposited at the Left Luggage Office in the Entrance Pavilion.

Manned by staff from the Spanish Red Cross and situated in the street Calle Real inside the Alhambra.
